TAXES: MTEC is required to charge sales and use tax to all non-tax exempt customers
DAMAGE WAIVER: A damage waiver is charged on all rentals without a certificate of insurance
(Damage waiver fee: Small Equipment - 12% / Large Equipment - 17%)
DEPOSITS: Deposits are required from all rental customers without a current account
RESERVATIONS: Equipment may be reserved for pick-up by 8:30 am or 1 hour from your phone call

RENTAL IS NOT A 24 HOUR DAY

WEEKDAYS: 8 hour rate expires at 8:00 am the following morning, regardless of time of pickup
WEEKEND RATE: weekend rate expires at 8:00 am Monday morning
OVERNIGHT: 3 hour charge from 4:00 pm until 8:00 am the following morning (Monday - Friday)
HOLIDAYS: 2 day rental for only one 8 hour day charge (ask for details)
